Why are my players tired in madden 23 franchise.

When I went to the depth chart, it is correct and when I try choose a play based on that player the plays are empty. I can’t sub them and it’s frustrating. I am playing with 3rd stringers the whole game.However, they still get credit for a Pro Bowl. The default Sub-sliders basically ensure the starters can't stay in the game past the first play or two, getting subbed out because their fatigue is below the sub-out range, and then their Max Fatigue is too low to ever reach the threshold to be subbed back in.
