Jun 9, 2021 · I much prefer Primed Shred in that slot. Punch Through is an under-rated stat IMO, and the RoF/Spool-up/Charge-up benefit is really powerful. Also, in a lot of content, you may get more value out of both Primed Shred -and- Vigilante Armaments (or a Faction mod or something else) at the cost of Hunter Munitions.

Primed Vigor only sees use in 3 builds I know of: on Inaros/Hildryn (because frankly who cares what you build on either of them, not because Vigor is good), and on Chroma (as a beyond niche mod if you don't use any shield boosting sentinel/pet mods). I have my 400-day Daily Tribute coming up in a couple of hours and I'm a little torn between the three mods that will be available: Primed Fury, Primed Shred, and Primed Sure Footed. I'm leaning towards Primed Fury, but Prime Sure Footed seems really good, too. Primed Shred has more limited uses on the weapons I use.
