Primed shred is great, but is weapon dependent. If a weapon has innate punchthrough, vile acceleration is better. It also does not work on shotguns.

If you like your melee to red crit, you probably already run berserker which is faster than primed fury. Primed vigor is good if you like min/max warframe builds. Shred is the obvious choice if you run primaries for most of your DPS. They're all good but are mostly unnecessary in most builds so just choose what sounds most useful to you

I only think some of my rifles would benefit from Primed Shred. Yeah, Fury is more often slotted compared to Shred and it's rare not to have it as an essential mod like stat sticks (like Venka P + Atlas) and Berserk builds. Shred has much better effect (imo) but it doesn't fit on all primaries.I'd be pissed if a newbie got Primed Fury just because he grinded some void half a weekend, while I logged in 200 consecutive days. (I haven't missed any login so far.) The only possible way, is to make the login reward PFury bound to the account, like damaged mods and starter plat, so that people with multiple accounts can't exploit.
