Each zone is going to give you ~70k XP for the quest, plus all the other stuff. You should expect two levels per zone or so. Reasoning being, Bastion imo is the most efficient of the 4 zones. So I just got into Oribos for the first time on my alt and I get hit with this option. Threads of Fate I don’t do the storyline and level up through quests and dungeons or should I replay the storyline. Which one should I do? Like which is just the easier to level up in or that you recommend I do.

Threads of fate is pretty bad. It's just spamming dungeons and stuff. So I would recommend doing the storyline as far as you can go, and then do the Threads of fate by spamming dungeons during the few levels that are left. You grab all 4 of the zone quests. You head to your first lvling zone of choice. Que for dungeons as a DPS. While waiting do side quests, world quests, and bonus objectives.
