I mean, yeah I guess for healing. Unlike a Grog, Rubi still does damage at lower levels, and still has a decent slag chance. Grogs healing is unrivaled but Rubi still has significantly better healing than any other moxxi weapon. Also the Grog gets you drunk and I don't like that unless I'm up to shenanigans.
