Yayo is good for caravan trading, flake is better for home trading due to price to weight ratio. Neither one has much of any weight to speak of. You'd have to make an absolutely preposterous amount for the weight to be a concern. The actual concern is drug lab work vs psychoid leaf efficiency.On normal temp I can easily afford to sell some. I sell meals whenever they are buying. I hunt a LOT and try to grow more than I can eat. If I have loads of raw veg early game I might make a ton of meals and sell some to help level my cook a bit.
