It's a game, and I have at most 3 hours to play it a day, and that's if I sacrifice sleep. At some point, playing a game is about enjoyment, rather than playing a sleeping eating simulator. From now on I think I'll admin remove broken feet though. All other injuries are fine. Reply.

Honestly one of the things zomboid does right other survival game don't do is when bit, it gives you a timer. Everygame has a unknown timer from spawn til death, but zomboid has a "ok you're going to die in 1-2 days depending on if you took prone to illness" and it allows you to do whatever you want in your time.
Man I didn't have slow healer and a fracture took 3 weeks to heal. My server was set up as realistic as possible. Not being able to run was the biggest problem. I was getting people who passed through town to drop off food for me. I lived in the gated community. 15ppl on the server and they were all really nice.

Depends on how severe the fracture is. If it's just a small fracture it's maybe a month and small pains. If it's a severe break where the bone is pointing out of the skin it's never going to heal unless you do a surgery and you will probably die from infection.
