It makes it much lighter and much more durable than the Note Air, which I value over a thinner, more premium feel (glass an aluminium are heavy and easily breakable). Also the folio cover mechanism for the A5x is freakin genius and it makes for a very thin folio cover, looking and feeling like a true notebook. From the reviews that I’ve seen, Elipsa is terrible for note taking (esp long latency for note taking). If note taking is important to you, go with Onyx.
