I got 132 on all of the content sections (132/130/132/132 on 3/31/2017), and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Anki and this subreddit. There are 4351 cards in the deck with content for all three content sections. I use tags, rather than splitting the cards into multiple decks. The main tags are bb, cp, and ps, for the sections of MCAT.The Anki decks available for the remaining subjects vary in quality. MileDown's MCAT Anki deck is great, but it's not very comprehensive, making it more suitable for last minute review. Coffin's Anki deck is just a combination of Bouras's P/S and JackSparrow2048's remaining sections, so it's not really a new deck.You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. I was able to get through a deck of 29,000 cards in two months using this method. I will however warn you that you will be sacrificing some retention for speed. Retention and speed are opposites by nature whether you're using Anki or not.

I used MileDown for a while but didn’t like how it was separate decks for each subject (I know you can modify to pull cards from all decks but I could not for the life of me get it to work). I would 100% recommend you do the MD Anking Overhaul - It's the MileDown Deck but with updates and the few mistakes the original deck had, fixed!
