Feralas is the best place imo to get Mageweave. Basically all humanoid mobs in the zone drop it . The ogres are a great place to focus as they are densely populated and have good drop rates. cath drops more silk than mageweave. Killing the demons in mara purple will net you more cloth than SM Cath.
