Mar 23, 2005 · Our biggest problem by far is the turbo vanes sticking. UPS just bought a whole bunch of trucks and I think every one of them has needed a turbo installed. It has gotten so bad that now they want us to take then apart and clean the vanes and install never seize. I pulled one in last night that has coolant going into the exhaust.

When driving the oil pressure hovers in a good range. When I restarted the truck after about 15 min of highway driving and let it warm up for about 30 sec, the truck did stall when backing up.
