Basically it's a tad more inconvenient than dungeons, 1 run for 10 floors takes about 30-40 minutes, however you get to both work on a 235 weapon & level to 60 to experience the new skills before you actually get them. Based on how unbelievably easy floor 1-10 is compared to 40-50, I HIGHLY doubt the exp is the same.
