Cemu simply had more developement time plus a lot more focus on BotW specifically. yuzu and ryujinx will get there eventually but it will take more time. Cemu no contest.
Go to the Cemu discord, then go to the pinned comments in "botw_discussion". They say it's caused by the game loading too fast. You can try turning your FPS down or moving the game to a slower drive. That's the only fixes they have for now I believe. It is unfortunate

I would recommend Cemu over Ryujinx for BotW, it has more customization options + better performance + a lot of mods for you to try out and tweak the game to your liking. Ryujinx isn't a viable option for games like BotW, until the emulator has been optimized to match - or even beat Cemu in performance and modding.
