Best bet is to wait until the next patch which releases some more Bozja stuff and hope they add some incentive to get people to go back and do Castrum. I imagine they'll make it so the next relic upgrade requires an item you get from clearing castrum. Probably the most braindead way to fix it, perfect for SE.
