Only way to remove it is to quit to main menu and go back into the game. the bug is created by super survivors. when the npcs get stressed in combat we will hear the heart beat sound for each npc and the sounds will glitch out repeating. the author is to lazy to fix this bug so just lower the heartbeat sound to zero.
