They are too weird to fit in the unit roster or research tree. Gustav is a one artillery manned by 2500 men. They are too big for even super heavy chassis. Formed Slavic Union as Poland. I did all of the requirements for the Bearer of Artillery achievement (Non-aligned gov, no faction with SOV, did the arty focus, control Hamadan, have divs in Italy). I only have Turkey in my faction, which is not involved in the war. The event fires while your or somebody in your faction holds Hamadam, however currently this is bugged and it works only when somebody in your faction holds it. This will be fixed in the next patch. You can wait until then, or transfer the province to anyone in your faction and the event will fire.
