I just got back into DBD and was wondering if even after the nerfs, BBQ was still worth buying if it appeared in the shrine of secrets. I don't know if it's any help, but I'm a beginner Killer player and at the moment I'm enjoying a lot Huntress and the Ghostface (yeah I bought his DLC because I like him as a character) and I'm planning on getting the Hag mostly because of her perks.

You could still use your old setup, except exchanging one perk for BBQ. BBQ & Chilli also shows you people who are not on gens (e.g. healing themselves in some corner of the map), which can be handy. It does have the minimum range unlike tremors though, but then unless people are doing a gen nearby (which you might hear anyways), tremors wouldn't find those close people either. ... B&C now gives 15/20/25% BPs down from 100% at anytime, and they haven't even given us the cannibal yet.
