You should be aiming for around 70/30 Critical/Swiftness Split since Critical is the primary focus in this ... Taijutsu is better to progress new fights with, but once you know a raid, Shock will perform a tad bit better. With that said, Taijutsu is the most popular build for Scrapper, and the class is extremely useful, as it is one of the best in stagger, destruction and survivality.

Taijutsu scrapper with SA as well. 1445 with level 3 grudge, taijutsu, SA, Raid captain, and a level 2 adrenaline. Sure not an optimal/meta build damage wise, but it feels so fun zooming and hitting so quick. For an Alt you definitely want a Tai scrapper since shock needs lots of gear to even come close in dmg.

The reason Taijutsu runs higher levels is because the damage gained is much bigger per level, and you gain enough passive regen for Energy so that you can spam you skills fast.
