DISCLAIMER I have only played faction mods that are updated for 0.9.1.a and that look extremely polished. Anyways let's get into it. In no particular order these are the faction mods that I think are well-made, decently balanced, extremely polished and fit into the "aesthetic/feel" of starsector:

I haven't tried it out, so who knows, but 25% more damage for 10% less range on any energy weapon seems like it would make energy weapons sling way too much pain better than anything else could dream of. Especially with some of the large energy weapons.
