What is the best level 160 life/support gear? I found a post where a guy had 190% outgoing healing, and like 73% resist, but unfortunately it seems outdated because his amulet supposedly gives 20% outgoing, but the wiki says it does not give outgoing at all. Then there was a comment with a picture showing 213% outgoing, but not providing the gear.

Ice's gear is pretty much strictly worse than the other schools' until you get to dragoon. Without crowns gear you can just barely get to around 105% outgoing damage before darkmoor. Ideal: ww hat, house of scales robe, ww boots, hasta, alpha omega ring, kronus athame, ghulture mount. Your pet needs more damage.

Also it is very difficult to play Wizard101 with Waterworks gear all the way till 110. Bosses would take advantage of you. You'll continuously be defeated if not careful of the game mechanics. Here, you try doing darkmoor with only Waterworks gear and let me know how "difficult" it really is. (I've done it).
