If you would have a boss that can bleed you niggt get a grearder damage output with warden. Both have an A scaling with dex if sharp infused but since the sellsword twinblades have a regular B scaling when +10 and warden twinblades only C i would assume the sellsword twinblades, while both having an A scaling, still scales better with dex since the letter at the scaling isn't a fixed value. With the Sellsword Twinblades though, I need a dedicated build otherwise I'm ass, even then I struggle. For PvE it is 100% what you prefer. If people can do Broken Straight Sword Runs, best believe you can use whatever you like.
