Did about 400kc with blood fury. Very chill, you won't gain a huge amount of kills but helps out to sustain a kill or two longer depending on luck. I got 5 blood shards by 1500 kc, so I just use blood fury for zammy and bandos. It really helps extend trips. If youre committed to the melee method i would use bloodfury.
The effect needs a buff, OSRS is largely DPS-based so most people will be bringing a torture everywhere.
