Generally you want 80% with Spinal Mount/Artillery/Artillery segments, and 20% with Spinal Mount/Carrier/Artillery segments. All Spinal Mount weapons are excellent, and Neutron Launchers and Kinetic Artillery are your best options in the L slots.
