I haven't tried block leveling on much else, but a Hag attacks around 1.3 - 1.4 hits per second. At block level 50 or so it took around 35 hits to level up. I timed what it took to get to level 99 and it was 1 minute 10 seconds, and to get to 100 it took 1 minute 11 seconds. So it goes up about 1 second per level.
