I feel like, as a feat, it has a very variable power level depending on how badly you need another invocation right now. They'd be stronger choices if you had an odd Charisma score, but the new TCoE Fey/Shadow Touched feats seem really strong for warlocks, and I'll be 100% taking Shadow Touched for my 17 CHA hexblade about to hit level 4.
