First, based on cost, UCLA wins (although both are expensive lol). Second, UCLA is stronger than Duke in both CS and Math, so if you’re confident that you want to do either of those, UCLA is the better option. Even if you want to switch majors, the average UCLA student switches majors about 4 times, so it won’t be impossible to do that either.
