Depends if you want to use Tatura for CB. If you, for example, also have High Kathun and Seeker you would have all champs to build an Unkillable together with Demytha, Tatura and a DPS. In this case I would consider booking him over Scyl if you think you would loose out on NM/UNM CB rewards otherwise. If not Scyl is a very good choice.
