On vanilla, there shouldn't be any other Dwemer Ruin map marker right there. The only (vanilla) Dwemer constructs nearby are the Ruins of Rkund (Wispmother lair, but marked as a Landmark) to the East, which you have already discovered, and Avanchnzel (Unfathomable Depths quest) further to the NorthWest beyond Largashbur, which you have discovered as well.
