To accomplish this I'm going to do a level 1 respect of several of my favorite companions int a build I think will work in my party comp. Ember will be a Martyr. Which feels right. Greybor will be a Demonslayer. Which also feels right. Aru will be an Arcane Rider. Which works stat wise, but maybe not fluff wise.
