It really just depends on what your limit is. If you're able to stay afloat while doing questions till you're done with your new cards, all good. If not, then limiting reviews could be a good idea. Careful tho, you need to limit the mature cards not the learning/graduating cards.
Writing your incorrects with summary into the spreadsheet should take a minute or two at most per question. Overall the most you should spend on an incorrect is 10 minutes. I get all of my 40 questions reviews done in 1.5-2 hours. Try timing yourself. How long? the maximum block is 46 questions (like on the real test). It takes me ~50 minutes to answer the questions and another 3 1/2 hours to go through all of the explanations.
