How to get antimatter housing in no mans sky.
The easiest way is to build an Antimatter Reactor at your base (planet base only, not your freighter). Throw carbon into the reactor, out pops antimatter. You will need to buy the blueprint at the Anomaly (which does cost a lot of salvage data), and you will need 2 pieces of antimatter to construct it.

I can't craft it either. It doesn't even show it as an available blueprint. I kept using navigational data in the signal booster and going to the different locations.
