Hi All, I started studying for the MCAT around mid-May, with a plan to self study and take the MCAT in January. I am taking full credits this semester, including Biochemistry and Physics. I focused on content review this summer, starting with a 492 NS diagnostic. Early September I took my first FL (TPR=494) and was really discouraged.Convert to grams per mole. Looking at the periodic table, chloride is 35 grams, sodium is 23 grams. You can do some rounding because this is the MCAT. If the answer is 27, and you got less than 30, that’s good enough for the MCAT. 23 (Sodium) + 35 (Chloride) is around 60. Somewhere around there, about 60 grams per mole.
