Bump up Reiter to C, and Chikage to A, and Toni to B, and the list is perfect IMHO. Reiter is a decent weapon if you don't just spam r1. Chikage has insane DPS and is great against bosses with high physical defense. It wrecks poor Ebrietas, and all other Kin-type bosses.
