Uworld is excellent. I don’t work for them lol but I’ve tried it. Also I’m 99% sure that they have used an algorithm to determine the most high yield content on the mcat and made practice problems off just that. People are getting really good scores just doing uworld and going over all 1800 questions throughly lol.I’m routinely questioning who came up with the 90 second per question “rule”, that seems absolutely insane for the amount of thinking that some of these concepts require. 90 seconds is an average. They were significantly easier than the real deal. I actually found Next Step's CARS section to be more predictive and closer to the new CARS sections on the real MCAT. The QPacks were pretty easy.

Although you won’t get a scaled MCAT score through UWorld, the questions are highly representative of the real deal. Doing practice questions on UWorld is extremely helpful, as the content covered is extremely similar to what the AAMC tests. Additionally, the passages and questions are very similarly worded, and the answer explanations serve ...Both companies have similar vast Q-Banks however Kaplan is the more cost friendly option at this time. Don’t necessarily think it would work like this for other subjects, but I was getting 128/29s in that section on AAMC practice tests and I strongly believe doing tons of uworld practice got my score up to 132, considering i have 0 background in those subjects. Do it earlier than me, but it really really helps. If you can hit 10% to 15% above the average correct in your Urtitz problem set, it’s time to move on to full length exams. Upoop I found is harder for physics and chem mainly. P/s Uganda was a lot easier than my 5/18 test. Ubucks is not a good resource for CP. That is their weakness. Some students choose to buy the massive UWorld section bank instead of practice tests. UWorld has done an incredible job creating excellent questions and explanations for each answer. They put out some of the highest quality prep material that I’ve seen. I personally did not buy UWorld because I opted for only using practice tests. 5. How many questions a day with Uworld? For example looking at the units in the answer choices could indicate which formula to use.

This realization is why I loved using UWorld because doing their questions allowed me to practice applying my knowledge and showed me whether I understood a concept or not. In hindsight, i think khan passages should be treated just like the aamc prep materials considering khan is affiliated with aamc for Mcat prep. A lot of people report seeing exam questions that are almost identical to section bank questions. Must say that this was the case for me with khan and perhaps even more so than the sbanks.

The question types are VERY similar, and the difficulty is definetly on par with or harder than AAMC. The only knock i have on Uworld is that they need to add more questions and passages, but that is probably due to them being new to the MCAT game.
