Very fulfilling role in the community. I referred countless customers and shoppers to become a part of the Shipt community. The customer service is great for handling any customer shopping related issues. Customer service is very understanding and often referred me to "shopper coaching" for "late forgiveness".Chat support and Shopper Success were helpful at times and just as unfair at other times especially when asking for late forgiveness (due to Orlando traffic or customer add-ons. I usually received wonderful feedback from my customers. I mainly do delivery only orders, so if I claim some promos 10 minutes before the window, I’m already going to be late dropping them off.

Shipt won't offer late forgiveness because I didn't start shopping early enough based on their recommendation of 2 MINUTES PER ITEM. I had this happen twice to me. The one before this was marked late when it was a promo order. I arrived 5 mins after the delivery window and the customer already texted asking me where i was. The nice cs rep told me this customer has marked me late and to apply for rating forgiveness and i got it applied. I always apply for ratings forgiveness from my desktop computer. A much more pleasant experience. This will never happen because it puts the customer at risk for retaliation. Customers are much more important to Shipt than shoppers. There’s always a waitlist of shoppers… there’s never enough customers. By and large, Shipt has great shoppers. With the pandemic, they hired tons of new shoppers and issued ratings and late forgiveness (lots of shoppers were getting rated poorly for out of stock items which isn't their fault). Ratings forgiveness just went away so in a week or two all of the bad shoppers will end up being deactivated (hopefully).

Best buy just cancelled my order 20 days later. Ordered March 13. Went from delivery in 2 days, to 3 days, then delayed, and finally cancelled. Luckily i was never charged and shocked they even refunded the $10 reward points i used. Hope you get the same luck eventually.
