I would like to know if I am able to take Lexapro and seroquel together. I just got off the phone with a nurse helpline and they said for me to contact a pharmacist. I did some research and saw that the 2 medications can possibly interact with each other and (in some rare situations) cause major issues like heart palpitations.

I’m on Effexor and seroquel for BPD, which is similar but obviously not the exact same. It works great for me, lexapro never did anything for me as it just wasn’t strong enough. But that’s more a personal thing - if you find that meds always affect you or that lexapro has been working then stick with that. You shouldn’t have any problems.
