I see reviews of the Noctua fan, and they've got a 5800x idling at 32c, and full load at 76c or something like that, and all I can think is that I'm living in some bizzaro universe. What am I doing wrong here? I feel like even if I get a 280mm AIO I won't get into the 30s at idle, and I'll still hit 90c in benchmarking.

I changed my CPU voltage in BIOS to 1.375 as suggested by Makaroni, idle temps went down to about 53-56*C, ran Cinebench R23 multi-core and maxed out at about 73.3*C, that was all with my fans on 100%.
