I think you should uninstall MSI afterburner and all it's dependecies and the perform a clean installation, along with Riva. I've setted mine in F10 key for showing the metrics, but remembe to set what you want to show. As I remember, MSI doesn't comes with a set of stats to show.

i have ryzen 5 4600h, 1650, 144hz. with some settings, the game is giving me less graphical glitches. In the menu the fps is really high [around 100fps] and during the normal gameplay it goes around 40-60 fps which i think is better than 20-30 fps but in the loading screen it dips around 15fps. Only a stable 60fps mod can fix this.
