First thing, it's 200,400,600,900 days. And the choices aren't random. Fury, Shred, and Vigor are available at 200. Sure Footed, and the two you didn't choose available at 400. The two you still haven't chosen at 600. And get the one you didn't chose at all at 900. There is nothing rng about it.

Lastly, Primed fury is probably useless since it doesn't work with berserker fury, which is also superior. The meta usually won’t change in 200 days so if you use some of the current meta strats [Prime Sure Footed] is the way to go.
