Aug 10, 2020 · An Umbral Streamline requires double the Endo to max, and you could make it so that (unlike Umbral Intensify, and more like Umbral Vitality and Fiber) it isn't better than the base mod unless you count in Tau resistance. So on its own, you're spending 16 mod points instead of 9 to get the same amount of Efficiency and a little extra Tau resistance.
