As for the rest: Only a small part of the community plays Ranked, there's not enough interest in it, and that's not for lack of rewards. Agree that the mods are pretty shit but at the same time when it comes to the trial system most things that come through are valid in some way, but I think the mods pretty much enjoy denying appeals for the sake of doing it, which makes for bad calls and what makes them annoying.
