The new Riven will always be of the same type as one of the transmuted Rivens.A Riven Transmuter can be obtained by defeating the Eidolon Hydrolyst walking on the Plains of Eidolon at night. Transmuting four of the same Riven type results in a Veiled Riven of the same weapon type. Something to consider. How to get a Riven mod. When you unveil a riven you can't control what weapon it's for. Buy rivens from Iron Wake, unveil them, sell or keep. yeah, but freshly unrolled one aren't usually good, and you wont roll a riven that you don't intent to use or sell. Hence my question.
