Nov 9, 2021 · This only works, if you create a new map with medieval overhaul installed. Therefore it can not be added into a running game. If you added it into a running game you either need to create a second settlement or work with mines. Steel, on the other hand, must be crafted. You can make it as soon as you have completed the required research.

It's only with the hyena and wolf pelt armor - it looks as if the face just doesn't render, so you can see the "back" of the pelt. They look faceless.
