For pvp you run merci hat, motorists robe (Marleybone motorist hoard pack), merci boots merci everything but professors wand is still better. Some people say supreme shock staff is better but it’s not, the shadow pip rating is setup is broken and even if you have 60 more shad rating, it doesn’t matter.I just saw on youtube channel CheerValX that the Professors Hoard Pack has been upgraded to level 150 on test realm. Gear looks pretty good although lacking pip chance. If you have patience, you can wait until you're level 80-90 to buy professor's hoard pack to get boots. If you're even more patient, you can wait until you're level 130 to get the Sky captain's Boarding hook wand from sinbad's hoard pack.

Professor hoard for boots and wand if you lvl 60 - 100. Professor hoard has the highest drop rate in my opinion. I’ve gotten every school gear piece in like 5-10 packs. At max, buy the sinbad pack (or farm the gauntlet, but buying the pack is much easier since the pack drop rates are much higher). However, I think that only buying packs at 130 is misleading. Professor's hoard is a fantastic pack for a level 60 because the boots and the wand are the best and drop easily.
