Wizards are really, really easy to make OP. Like, you'll have to try really hard to fuck them up. Cyphers can be incredibly strong. Priests are, unfortunately, far less useful than their DnD counterparts but still really strong here. But, your main character starts at level 1. They start weak because they ARE weak.
