With the recent changes to Pain Resonance & Dead Man's Switch, it looks like using one of these perks by itself will become too useless to earn some slowdown...Let's say you got 8 hooks, all Scourge. Old Pain Res, 120% regression in total. And by 8 hooks, the match is already over, whether you've won or lost. Now that's 100%.
