According to the wiki, it looks like the golems (with the exception of the weakest ones) have a chance to drop spells. But after about 6 hours of duoing with my wife in the temple area and 75% of a level (48 shaman and 49 ranger) we haven't seen a single spell drop. We've definitely had multiple drops of each of the shaman epic pages, though.
