You want Bloodbite Ring and offhand Bloodshield as well as red moss clumps. It's pretty good against things that aren't immune to bleed though. Have a lot of endurance and just hit things like a man. Used it the most. Its not about the dmg and status effects (altough lifehunt has both), its about the looks.
