I'll keep saying that the main issue of Tools of Torment was the release happening during one of the most problematic metas of the game (A kick to delete a gen). Dec 18, 2022 · I prefer Call of Brine but paired with Overcharge. But if you're going to be using Jolt then PR would make more sense as a lot of the time Joly would nullfy the chance to use COB. Although not totally pointless as sometimes they may stop the regression from Joly and open the gen up for a kick. I have bad luck with PR. The Guards are a Game Mechanic unique to The Knight , as well as non-player Characters, that were implemented into Dead by Daylight in Patch 6.4.0. Call of brine is more useful in my opinion as a solo perk. The regression effect is more instantaneous. Overcharge is a bit unreliable against good survivors. That said, its perfectly fine to run and stack both together. Last edited by {sBc} Bane5 ; Mar 13 @ 12:55pm. #2.Call of Brine is a better perk than I previously thought. When I first read the description, I thought it had a cooldown of 60 seconds that, during that time, applied regression and the notifications to a single gen. After a bit of testing I found out every gen you kick has its own individual 60 second timer with no cooldown on the perk use.Call of brine regression bonus works with other perks besides Pop. Just listen before you say anything, though. Oppression, jolt, eruption, and pain resonance will all have the 200% boost to regression speed while Call of brine is already active on the generator. So uhhh what perks does call of brine work with? Discussion. it doesn't work with pop, which you'd think make the most sense. it doesn't work with oppression and it doesn't work with jolt. so what does it work with then? Basekicking? I'm not going to basekick a gen for 0% damage, I don't care if the regression is 200% speed. lol. 1 comment. share.

So even when you hit the overcharge skillcheck the killer receives a notification when using call of brine, this needs to be fixed, no sense at all. Login Store Home Discovery Queue Wishlist Points Shop News Stats

Before you say both, yes I know they combo and stack well, but if you have space for only one for example, my current hillbilly build is: BBQ, lethal pursuer, overcharge, eruption. So I don't have space for another perk ATM, so I'm curious which is more valuable of perks when comboing with eruption. The other way to look at it would be that Eruption is above the power curve, Call of Brine is at the curve, and all those other perks are below the power curve. Just because Call of Brine is better than Overcharge doesn't necessarily mean that Call of Brine needs to be adjusted down. Maybe it means Overcharge needs to be adjusted up.I'm not really sure but from what I tested lately, overcharge does not activate from jolt (downing a surv causing the gens to explode). Call of Brine: Only applies to one gen at a time. This makes it harder to just regress 3 different gens at once. It wouldn't really interfere with most gameplay really. Perks that apply on kick are not applied when you don't kick the gen. To elaborate on this further, this also means they don't work with stuff like Oppression.
