On a serious note: stryder level means nothing (for harvesting). Just do some race missions, get some mutagel, and tame low level ones with harvesting attachment. If you want to have one for PvP (Shield, cannon, silence rig), higher level helps, but for the max level you need to have done all 51 missions.
